Makayla's Wish

We returned from Brooks on Sunday afternoon, after a 3 day construction marathon to build Makayla's wish. A playhouse and Playground, along with a patio, walkway and firepit for the entire family, sprung up from the ground in record time. While the weather was pretty miserable our teams spirits were high and Makayla's family were great to work with. Thanks to Cyrene, Jo Marie and Ryan for giving up their weekend to help us out, your work was greatly appreciated by us.

We will be submitting to the Make-A-Wish foundation for all the donations we received, and the tax receipts will be mailed out shortly.

Here are pictures of the project before, during and after. We still have to install the split rail fence and make a few modifications to the playhouse then paint, but this will wait until a nice summery day. The toughest parts of the days were at 8am in a strong wind. But our great crew braved the elements and we got most of it done.
